Working in a year 3/4 class of just 12 pupils in a beautiful village school.

Elements of the job may include:

• delivering the KS2 curriculum
• planning, marking and assessing
• using your initiative to assist in following and devising effective behaviour management strategies
• developing an understanding and close working relationship with pupils in need of additional support
